People Rozalia Nazipova - Director Roza is responsible for developing the services that the company offers, and liaison with UK and Russian clients on business projects. She was born in 1964, and educated in the USSR in the formerly closed western Siberian city of Omsk, gaining a diploma as a teacher of English and German, as well as degree in medical nursing. She worked for four years as a translator of medical, technical and computer literature in the Omsk Diagnostic Centre. This work included interpreting during the installation and commissioning of medical and computer equipment, and liaison with suppliers and engineers. Other experience includes interpreting for Siberian International marathons, and international conferences, and she worked for clients such as Korean TV in Moscow and Omsk, the Embassy of Bangladesh and the Moroccan Consulate. After coming to the UK in early 1992 she married and settled here, and began to undertake freelance translation and interpreting. She now has a daughter, born in May 2000. She has worked with the UK and Russian governments, and with major international organisations in four continents. Her voice has been used in several TV and Radio productions, and she regularly undertakes language and cultural training for clients. Roza speaks fluent English, native Russian and Tatar, and basic German, Spanish and French. She enjoys travel, films, socialising, literature, keeping fit, and walking.
