Russian Communications' first customer was IBM. Others followed: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Ford Motor Company, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Coopers & Lybrand, The Department of Trade and Industry.

Language services have developed rapidly since the company's foundation in 1993, with major publications, government clients from the UK and Russia, and the equally important work of assisting small companies and consultancies communicate with Russian partners and customers.

Clients are in engineering, media, architectural, publishing, manufacturing, oil and gas, software, and public sectors.

Without deviating from its core activities, the company has always striven to evolve its services to meet customer demand, and to continuously strive to add value - a strategy laid out in the company's original business plan in 1993.
